ABOUT Vickie Kline

I have struggled for years with allergies, resulting in minor health issues. As a child I was told there was the possibility of outgrowing my allergies, but that never happened. As a matter of fact, as I age I face new challenges daily with skin allergies and other related difficulties. Nothing I experience is life-threatening, just annoying and uncomfortable. With this in mind, I decided to begin searching for natural and healthful remedies to counteract these challenges.

I like reading this now, in 2013. I began this blog in January of 2012 and the above paragraph is what I wrote over one year ago. In the past year I have discovered interesting information on healthful eating, controlling allergies, recipes, medications… all kinds of things. I’ve made great headway and hope to make more in the remainder of 2013.

In May of 2012, I discontinued eating wheat and gluten. This has solved many of my allergy problems, which in turn has helped me strengthen my immune system, and led to improved general health. For more info on all of that, check out my individual posts. It’s been an interesting journey and I can’t wait to see what is in store… I love feeling better, being more healthy, and discovering what’s needed to keep moving forward.

Through this site, I will share personal information about myself and health conditions, and what I learn from others along the way. Please check back often and give me feedback if something is helpful to you.

Thanks for reading.

Strive to be healthy!

i am following you now. I enjoyed our post on masks, and it was quite helpful. Thanks! I might consider using one at work too while I’m on a mini break. Teaching can be demanding. http://www.teachergoldmine.blogspot.com
